Fimple Automated Form Data Entry

  • Use your Scanner (most printers have a scan function) to Scan Your Forms to create a file of a batch of your completed forms.
  • Log on to Fimple and Load your Forms into Fimple. (a) If this is the First Batch for a New Type of Form then Setup the Form Type in Fimple so that it knows which fields to read.
  • Check and Approve the form data in Fimple. When you setup the forms you can tell Fimple the sort of data to expect in each field. Fimple uses that information to automatically check your forms and help you find fields that should be reviewed. When you’re happy that the data in the batch is ok you can easily copy the data and paste it into spreadsheets and reports.After you have been using Fimple for a while you might want to automate moving the data into spreadsheets, reports or databases. You can use the Form Setup screen to automate moving the data to an area where it can be automatically processed but there is usually some technical work required to actually get the data into those places where you need it. We can provide examples on how this can be done to help you or your IT support through the process or alternatively you can get one of our experts to set it up for you.
  • Use the form data in your normal business systems.
